FlameSelect®
Introducing FlameSelect® on Bosch cooktops, an entirely new and better way to cook with gas. 9 preset power levels let you easily adjust flame level for more precise, controlled heating. Whether you’re rapidly bringing water to an intense boil or delicately melting chocolate, the numbered flame levels deliver the exact temperature every time. There’s no more hot or cold spots, just precision heating for perfect results.
Easier Clean-Up
The seamless one-piece stainless steel design makes clean-up simple while the low profile design offers an integrated look.
Continuous Cast Iron Grate Design
The full width continuous cast iron grate design makes sliding heavy pots easier around the cooking surface.
Easy-to-Clean
The low-profile cooking surface provides a timeless, streamlined look while keeping spills contained and makes clean-up easier than ever
OptiSim Burner for Precise Simmering
Wider and thicker OptiSim burner design diffuses heat evenly for better flame control when simmering delicate sauces
Better Heat Distribution and Versatility
The dual flame ring power burner allows for better heat distribution and more uniform cooking. One burner takes you from a high power dual flame for boiling or searing to one small flame for precise simmering.
Boil Water Quickly with a Dual-Flame Power Burner
The dual flame ring power burner has two rings for low and high flame settings so you can go from simmer to sear with ease. Heat level 1-3 uses the inner ring, and 4-9 uses both rings for maximum heat.
