Cooking Surface has 6 sealed burners with a total output of 83,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 5.36 cu. ft. gas oven with a total output of 30,000 BTU is encased in a black enamel interior fitted with an internal A optional convection fan ensures to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included are 2 electroplated oven racks and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
