This versatile piece of cookware can be used for braising, which consists of first searing meat and vegetables at a higher temperature, before slow cooking them in aromatic liquid. The Braiser’s shallow based and domed lid make it perfect for this type of cooking, locking in heat and moisture inside the pot.

The Braiser’s shallow depth allows ingredients to be exposed to both dry and wet heat, ensuring your recipe braises and doesn’t stew. From fall-off-the-bone ribs, to braised fish, the Braiser is a beginner-friendly pot, accommodating a variety of recipes and cooking techniques. The Braiser comes in two different sizes, 3.5 L (2-3 servings), and 4.7 L (3-4 servings), ensuring you can prepare a variety of braised recipes.
