Lids are made of tempered glass, with steel knobs in the middle. Their full transparency makes it easy to monitor the cooking status of your food. Furthermore, they feature vent holes, which immensely improve usability.
The body is made of aluminum, to guarantee optimum thermal conductivity, and the capacity to radiate heat uniformly over the whole surface, avoiding the formation of hot spots where food could burn.
