Product Overview

Rewriting The Rules Of Surround Sound

BRAVIA Theatre Bar 7 combines physical and phantom speakers, creating a wider surround sound field, drawing you deeper into the movie.

Makes Everywhere the Best Seat

It doesn’t matter which seat you’re in. It doesn’t even matter what your room’s acoustics are like. Sound Field Optimization lets everyone experience movie theatre surround sound.

Compact Yet Immersive With 9 Speaker Units

There’s more to great surround sound than signal processing alone. Your physical speakers need to deliver exceptional acoustic performance too—and BRAVIA Theatre Bar 7 doesn’t disappoint.

Ultimate Surround With 360 Spatial Sound Mapping

Experience the ultimate in home surround. 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology creates 5 phantom speakers in front of you and reflects sound off the ceiling and walls, enabling movie theatre-style surround sound from a single soundbar.

Enjoy Wider Surround Sound Coverage

Now more people can enjoy the same immersive surround experience. By using phantom speakers, 360 Spatial Sound Mapping technology achieves wider coverage than conventional virtual surround systems.

Unleash The Full Potential Of 360 Spatial Sound Mapping

Add optional wireless rear speakers for an even more expansive sound stage. Working with the rear speakers, the Bar 7 creates up to 11 phantom speakers, including speakers behind you for that authentic movie theatre feel.

New 2-Way Speaker System

Discover clear, wide surround sound from a single soundbar. The Bar 7 features a new 2-way speaker system with dedicated woofers and tweeters for the front left and right channels, delivering wider surround sound and a precise sound image.

Hear Sound from Overhead

Up-firing speakers reflect sound off the ceiling for immersive overhead audio. 360 Spatial Sound Mapping creates phantom ceiling speakers for even more atmospheric sound.

Side Speakers Fill the Space with Sound

Side speakers reflect wide directional sound off the walls, filling your entire room with expansive sound and giving entertainment a real sense of drama and scale.

Centre Speaker for Clear Dialogue

Equipped with a full-range center speaker, this system ensures dialogue stays clear and natural—so every word comes through beautifully.

Built-In Woofer and Passive Radiators Deliver Deep Bass

Don’t be fooled by the slimline design. Thanks to built-in woofers and passive radiators, the Bar 7 generates the type of deep, resonant bass you’d expect from much larger speakers.

X-Balanced Speaker Unit

The speakers’ unique rectangular shape maximizes the diaphragm area for punchy bass. It also reduces driver excursion and maintains sound pressure, ensuring less distortion and greater vocal clarity.

Do it all with BRAVIA Connect

The BRAVIA Connect smartphone app guides you step by step, covering everything from connection to calibration and everyday control.

Set Up in Seconds

Just one HDMI cable and power gets you connected. Additional ports like HDMI IN are also available. Complete setup and sound calibration are guided through the BRAVIA Connect app.

Guided Setup from the Very First Step

Open the box and you’ll find a QR code on the top insert. One quick scan takes you to a guided setup that makes getting started simple and stress-free, ensuring a smooth out-of-box experience.

With BRAVIA, Home Becomes Movie Theatre

Bring the emotion and excitement of a movie theatre home. Pair BRAVIA Theatre Bar 7 with a BRAVIA TV for an unmatched audio-visual experience, immersing you in every scene as never before.

No more muffled voices. Combined with compatible BRAVIA, our new Voice Zoom 3™ powered by AI machine learning recognizes human voices and amplifies or reduces their volume so even small dialogue sounds loud and clear.

Effortless Control with BRAVIA

Control surround sound easily with your BRAVIA TV remote. Sound settings automatically appear on the BRAVIA Quick Settings menu for easy control of features, like Sound Field and volume

Space-Saving Design

The supplied spacer allows the soundbar to sit tidily over the TV stand for an integrated look that saves you space.
