Gourmet BBQ System Hinged Cooking Grate
Remove the circular grate insert and replace it with a griddle, poultry roaster, pizza stone, or any of the many Gourmet BBQ System inserts to choose from. The hinged grate makes it easy to add charcoal while grilling.
Fold-Down Table
Use the table to keep platters, seasonings, and tools within arm's reach. It also folds down for easy storage.
Tuck-Away Lid Holder
Conveniently slide the lid over to the side of the grill, and tuck it away, to avoid placing it on the ground while grilling.
Superior Heat Retention
The porcelain-enameled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent temperature and even cooking. The finish also prevents rusting, cracking, and peeling while withstanding high grilling temps.
Lid Thermometer
The built-in lid thermometer displays the internal temperature of your grill so that you know when to adjust the heat.
Easily Access Grilling Tools
Hang your grilling tools, such as spatulas and tongs, on the hooks for easy access and organization of your workspace.
